Frequently Asked Questions
WE RECOMMEND GODADDY.COM
DOMAINS SALE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
In essence, this list of questions and answers is a list of conditions for buying a
domain from DomainZebra.com.
We wanted to offer these conditions in an easily digestible format but, nevertheless, we do hold to the conditions made here and ask that you do as well.
We do reserve - and will exercise- the right to not only refuse an offer but ignore it if it does not meet our conditions.
Q. What types of payment do you take?
A. Paypal only. No echecks.
Q. How long do I have to make payment after my offer is accepted?
A. 24 hours...that's it. Then we will open the domain back up for sale.
Q. How can I be sure I will get my domain name after I have made my payment?
A. Sales up to $500 are covered by PayPal buyer protection. All sales over $500
will be handled through the primary escrow service on the web (escrow.com).
Q. Who pays the escrow fees?
A. You, the buyer.
Q. How long does it take to transfer the domain to me, the buyer?
A. If the domain is registered at GoDaddy.com, then it can be within 24
- 48 hours. If the domain has
to be moved to a different registrar, then it can take 5 - 7 days to complete. See our
tutorial, How To Transfer a Domain
Name for more information on this.
Q. Do you provide traffic stats, link popularity and keyword search numbers
with your domain listings?
A. No, we don't. You can check this information at
www.marketleap.com .
